Welcome to MemberHub.com. We hope to create a community for client organizations, families and other end-users to manage and communicate with their members, clubs, teams and other organizations of which they are a part. MemberHub.com provides customizable online hubs which may include member event calendars, event promotion, notification and registration tools, communication tools and collection of dues and other payments (the “Services”).
What Personal Information Do We Collect? How Do We Use Information?
Information You Give Us
When you register for the Services or join a “Hub”, we will collect certain information from you. Our member organizations and other organizers of Hubs (“Hub Admins”) may provide forms for registration and/or request certain information for registration with the organization. This information may include your name, your child's name, your address and telephone number, your email address, your credit card or other payment information. You may also be asked questions specific to the organization's needs, such as your member number, shirt or clothing size, for example, so that you or your child may be issued a team uniform. You can choose not to provide certain information, but you may not be able to use all of the functions of the Site, join certain Hubs or take advantage of all of the Services.
Although your information will only be accessible and viewed by other members of a Hub, the Hub Admins have the option of setting the access restrictions and information settings for member information. You understand and acknowledge that information provided to the Hub Admins, including without limitation, personal name, address, telephone number and email, may be accessed and viewed by other members depending on the settings chosen by the Hub Admin.
MemberHub.com will store any information which you enter on the Site or through the Services, including Hub information. We will use your information in order to provide the Services. We will also provide information to the Hub Admins for Hubs you join. If you pay for registration or otherwise use the payment functions on the Site, we will collect and use your billing information, credit card, Pay Pal account number or other account information in order to process your payments.
You may also request event reminders, request or download event information, or request any other action regarding a Hub, in which case your email address, or cell phone number, and other personal information provided in connection with such action may be provided to the Hub Admin. MemberHub.com shall not be responsible or liable for any third party access to Hubs or for your or any third party's use of any Hubs.
Information We Collect
When you visit our Site and use our Services, we will automatically collect and store certain information, such as your computer's Internet Protocol (IP) address, your computer's operating system, the browser type, the address of the referring Site if you linked to our Site and your activity on the Site. We use this information for purposes such as analyzing trends, administering the Site, improving customer service, diagnosing problems with our servers, tracking user movement, and gathering broad demographic information for aggregate use. We may provide aggregate, nonpersonal and statistical data about our users and use of our Site to third parties from time to time.
We may also automatically collect certain information through the use of “cookies.” Cookies are small data files that are stored on a user's hard drive at the request of a Web site to enable the site to recognize users who have previously visited them and retain certain information such as customer preferences and history. You can block, erase or be warned of cookies (check the instructions for your browser), but if you do not allow our cookies you may not be able to register, use or access certain Site features or Service.
Our cookies do not collect personally identifiable information and we do not link cookie data to your personal information to tell us who you are.
How Do We Share Your Information?
Your information will be available to Hub Admins in connection with your registration for and membership in a Hub and the Hub Admins may make your information available to other members of the Hub. We cannot and do not control how our member organizations or any member of the Hub may use your information.
We do not sell, share, or rent any personal information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this Policy without first obtaining your consent. We may aggregate nonpersonal information to third parties from time to time without your authorization. In addition, we may share personal information with third party vendors, consultants and other service providers (“Service Providers”) who are engaged by or working with us in connection with the operation of the Site and our business and who need access to such information to carry out their work for us. For example, we may use credit card processing companies to process payments. We require that our Service Providers use any personal information we provide only to carry out their work for us.

How Do We Protect Information?
Your MemberHub.com account information is protected by a password for your privacy and security. Your stored password is encrypted so that it is unreadable to humans. You should take steps to protect against unauthorized access to your password and to your computer including by logging off once you have finished using a shared computer.
MemberHub.com will use reasonable security measures to protect against any unauthorized access to and disclosure of your personally identifiable information. When we collect credit card information, we use a secure server with Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption software. However, please note that we cannot guarantee its absolute security. You should also note that email is not secure, and you should not send any confidential or sensitive information to us via an unsecured email. How You Can Control Your Information
You can update, correct, amend or delete information on the Site through the Your Profile and Your Family pages. When you update or correct Your Profile or Your Family pages, all changes will be automatically provided to your Hubs.
You can terminate your account by emailing us at email@example.com.
You will be able to specify your personal notification preferences for each Hub that you are affiliated with and will be able to opt-out of email and text messages and notifications for announcements, new calendar events, reminders, bulletin board posts, and new file uploads for each Hub.
